KPMG wanted to open the door to individuals with a wider range of degree backgrounds. They required a new approach that could help them fairly, accurately and efficiently screen the large volume of applications.
Arctic Shores created a fully branded assessment, “KPMG Ready”, and configured an algorithm to help KPMG select the most suitable candidates. The assessment produced 3 scores: alignment with KPMG global values, alignment with the graduate role and numerical ability – all within 30-seconds of a candidate completing the assessment.
During the 12-month pilot, the assessment supported KPMG attracting individuals from a more diverse degree background and cut time to hire from 10 weeks to 6 weeks.
