MANCHESTER – Fresh from a $5.5m funding round last September, Arctic Shores, the leading behaviour-based assessment provider, has today announced the opening of its second international office in Cologne, Germany. The set-up of a new subsidiary will help to satisfy the increasing demand across Europe for Arctic Shores’ innovative approach to improving talent selection and candidate experience.
The new office will support and develop Arctic Shores’ growing list of enterprise clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It will be led by Dan Euschen, who comes onboard as general manager. Euschen joins from Territory Embrace, where he oversaw the expansion of sales team headcount by 250%, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge on the German talent market and the unique challenges European businesses face.
Arctic Shores CEO Robert Newry said: “The opening of our new DACH hub in such a vibrant and exciting location as Cologne is central to our plans for continued growth at Arctic Shores in 2020 and beyond. We’re excited to have Dan on board to help businesses in the Rhine-Westphalia region, and beyond, improve their recruitment process with the latest innovation in talent identification”.
Dan Euschen said: “We have a great opportunity to help Germany’s largest companies establish fairer and more effective talent processes. Our mission – to continue to lead the charge towards a more data-driven, predictive approach – is one I truly believe in. The industry’s clearly ripe for disruption, and I’m excited to get started with Arctic Shores!”.
