The simple interface enables you to take full control of your selection process all the way from invitation to selection. The user-friendly layout allows clients to administer and manage the full suite of Arctic Shores game-based assessments, as well as interpreting and manipulating the assessments results.
Following a detailed job analysis, our business psychology team will use the DataHub to programme a bespoke algorithm to automatically calculate a candidate’s ‘fit score’ based on the criteria that are most important to your organisation. You will also be able to download a managerial report for a detailed breakdown of a candidate’s strengths and development areas.
