EVRY was struggling to attract young talent in the increasingly competitive IT market. Additionally, they wanted an innovative application approach to reduce the average of new recruits.
Evry used our aptitude and behaviour-based assessment levels for their Trainee and Graduate programs in 2017. The use of the assessments, in combination with the resulting media coverage, enabled them to double the number of young applicants by 2018.
