Adrian Furnham, founder and director of Applied Behavioural Research Associates (ABRA), has been Professor of Psychology at University College London (UCL) since 1992 as well as the past elected President of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences. He has authored over 1000 papers and 80 books and sits on the editorial board of a number of international journals.

Iain Coyne

Iain is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Loughborough University. He was previously a Council member of the International Test Commission and Senior Editor for the BPS Test Reviews. Iain is an expert in developing and validating assessment methods with experience across cultures and modes of presentation.

Simon has 16 years executive search experience and before that served in the Royal Navy, ultimately as Commanding Officer, HMS BRECON. While serving at sea, he gained an MBA, specialising in finance and strategy.
