Learn more how our task-based assessment works,
and find answers to your questions

How does clicking buttons show us whether someone has the potential to be successful in the role?

A task-based assessment is working through the fact that someone is interacting with these very short tasks. What we're doing is basically trying to understand those data points. We gather about twelve thousand data points from candidates in the way of each individual candidate that they actually interact with the task itself. It's the little micro shifts in behavior that's giving an indication of how they're thinking.

What’s the validity of the assessments?

Our psychometrics team interestingly is made up of not just occupational psychologists but neuroscientists, data scientists, psychometricians, statisticians, people that have got maths backgrounds. They're working together as a collaborative unit in order to understand these scoring Keys, validate them so that we know that what we're claiming to measure is actually what we're measuring and we're doing that in a reliable way.
